Writing Goals-
2012- 805,000 words of new fiction (7 novels, 20 novellas, and 10 short stories).
My longer term goals are very simple. Make a living at writing fiction. It’d be nice to hit a bestseller list or five, or to win an award (or five), but if I can keep learning and developing my craft and get to the point where I’m living comfortably while doing what I love to do, I consider that a win. I hope I never stop learning and growing as a writer, come success or failure. I think I’ll do okay, because as far as I can tell, the only way to truly fail is to give up. I won’t give up.
Writing down goals and progress is a very good idea. I’ll start immediately making my own list. Thanks
