Twenty-Sided Sorceress Book Six Cover Reveal

First, a note about book five. Yes, there’s a cliffhanger. No, I didn’t warn people about it beforehand because that would kind of ruin the surprise, wouldn’t it?  All I will say about book five is that it is a) the longest book in the series so far no matter how short it might feel due to the events in it and b) is exactly as intended and not half a book.  I’ll reveal now that this part of the Twenty-Sided Sorceress will take seven books, so if all you want to see if Samir and Jade facing off again, read book seven. If you want to see the journey of how these characters become who they become, read all the books.  We couldn’t have Return of the Jedi without also having The Empire Strikes Back happen before it. *grin*

So. Book six. Here are the details. It’ll be out in June, 2015 (not so long a wait to see who is still alive, I promise). It’ll pick up more or less where book five left off, and it is going to feature not just Jade’s, but also two other points of view.

Here is the cover by the fabulous Ravven:

Also, I will add that book 7 will NOT be the end of the series. I have many more stories to tell in this world.  I’ll be adding a few titles about side characters as well. Here’s a special sneak peak at something in the works:

Signed Paper Books!

I’m doing a little experiment, with some help from a bookstore called Powell’s Books. They are the largest independent bookstore in the country and totally awesome.

So here is how it works. The Powell’s at Cedar Hills Crossing is carrying some of my books (after a very successful signing back in November) and I made a trip in to sign them.  So there are a very limited number of copies available, signed, right now. If this works and people want more signed books, Powell’s and I can coordinate more orders and I’ll make another trip to get stuff signed.

Below I’ve put book covers for the books that are available. Each cover links to the Powell’s website. Click the link of the book you want a signed copy of, and buy it! Powell’s ships pretty much everywhere, I think. Here is the slightly tricky part: you want to check the sale page and make sure the book is still listed as in stock at Beaverton, or your copy will be shipped from the warehouse and won’t be signed. So make sure it says in stock. Quantities are limited as this is an experiment.

Here are the books you can choose from:

Book 4 Cover Revealed!

The Twenty-Sided Sorceress book 4, Hunting Season, has a cover now, thanks to the epically talented Ravven.

I’m also experimenting with pre-orders on Amazon for this book, so it’ll technically be available for purchase (as a pre-order, which means you aren’t charged until it comes out AND it will automatically beam down into your Kindle or Kindle App on release day) before book 3 comes out, which is a little weird, but publishing is a weird business.

So yes, release dates!

Pack of Lies, book 3, will be the first full-length book in the series (all books going forward in this series will be full-length novels) and releases on October 14th.

Hunting Season, book 4, releases on December 9th. You can pre-order it on Amazon if you so desire.

Book 5 is TBA but won’t be out until 2015, probably early spring.
